Dynamic Software introduces Wash Access Loyalty System.(Store Equipment)(Brief Article)

Dynamic Software, Inc., Green Bay, Wis., has introduced the Wash Access Loyalty System. WALS is a multi-site, Web-based loyalty club management system designed and developed for De Pere, Wis.-based PDQ Manufacturing's ACCESS car wash entry stations.

Dynamic Software is an IT consulting and software development firm specializing in the design and development of Internet-based e-business systems. Dynamic Software has been providing software development services to the car wash industry since 1996.

WALS was designed to provide a loyalty club management system to car wash owners with one or more car wash sites, and to increase the frequency that a loyalty club member uses their membership.

WALS has support for an unlimited number of fleet accounts and consumer accounts, the support for both debit and credit accounts, the ability to process loyalty/gift card accounts and member number accounts, the ability to produce a full transaction audit trail report for every account, the capability to send a customized "thank you" e-mail to a member after each car wash showing their current account balance, the capability to send e-mails to all members announcing promotions and/or notifying members of low balances, and much more.

For car wash owners that have a Web Site, a club interface can be developed and added to the car wash owner's Web Site that seamlessly interfaces to WALS. A club interface allows loyalty club members to update and maintain their own accounts over the Internet, including replenishing their accounts using their credit cards.
