If the right offer is made by a European basketball team, Doug Lee will go. And that offer could come as soon as tonight when the Albany Patroons play the Cedar Rapids Silver Bullets in a Continental Basketball Association game at the Washington Avenue Armory.
Two professional teams in Italy - Venice and Pesaro - have expressed an interest in Lee through his agent, Ron Grinker, and both will supposedly have scouts at tonight's game.
Friday, guard Ron Rowan left the Cedar Rapids team for Venice, but it is not known if Rowan's departure will affect Lee's status. European teams are allowed two American players on each …
