ZLand Inc. is moving its headquarters from Santa Ana to Pacific Corporate Plaza in Aliso Viejo. The company, founded in late 1995, specializes in Internet-enabled business applications, such as cataloging, intranet and HR functions.
The flagship product, PowerSuite, includes 1 front and back office applications that help companies autOlite tasks.
"We have a good suite of products and are just starting marketing," said Peter Scharnell, marketing coordinator.
The company employs about 65 and will occupy all of a 40,000 square-foot building at 27081 Aliso Creek Road. It expects to move in by May.
Pacific Corporate Plaza is in the 900-acre Pacific Park and is composed of three, twostory technology buildings totaling 122,000 square feet.
David Whitney of Lee & Associates represented both ZLand and owner Washington, D.C.-based CarrAmerica Realty Corp.
